Border Security provide patrol and call out services to the Principal Body Corporate, and for some of the subsidiary bodies corporate within the Emerald Lakes Estate, and can assist with reviewing CCTV footage from the extensive camera network.  Our dedicated Guards Manager (Matthew Kenworthy) is based at Emerald Lakes, Monday - Friday from 7.30am - 5.00pm. In an EMERGENCY or if a CRIME IS IN PROGRESS – please call “000” immediately to activate the Police, Ambulance or Fire Services. Once you have advised the correct emergency department, please call Border Security on 0426 244 545 and our crew will attend to render assistance wherever possible until the arrival of emergency services personnel.

For NON-URGENT Police Matters - In the event of a break and enter to your house, wilful damage, theft of property, unlawful use of a motor vehicle etc, please contact Border Security who will attend and provide advice and assistance.  The matter should also be reported to the Queensland Police by calling the Police Link Phone number 131444.

Please ensure that you call Border Security after you have reported an incident to the police so our crews are aware of any issues and can render assistance, check CCTV camera footage etc.  This also allows us to schedule our patrol services based on intelligence received from the Police, our guards and the Residents at Emerald Lakes.
